    • To be discussed at the next Wheel meeting.

    • We got told we have a parcel but when we went to pick it up they said we don't have one, and recieved mail for CSSC that they didn't collect.
    • [GPO] double checked and apparently the email was probably meant for CSSC.

  • Meeting on Tuesday.
  • Got upcoming Tenancy consult/Busy Bee dates.
    • Inspection is next Tuesday 7th May.

50th Anniversary LAN
  • Will probably host at the end of the holidays.
  • Potentially a Charity Vigil style LAN, where you can suggest games, etc.
  • Will look into booking the loft.
Sit Down Dinner
  • Still sorting out booking for the University Club.
  • Ironing out booking details then have to pay the deposit.

Online Games Night/s

  • [KKZ] wants to run another online games night.
    • Probably next week, will look into what days work best.

Artemis LAN

  • Potentially run the weekend after exams.
  • Potential date 22nd June.

Joint Camp

  • Unigames President has made a server for people to get first-aid certified.

    • It's cheaper than doing it yourself.

  • Deposit has been paid for the booking.

Busy Bee

  • Tomorrow May the 4th (be with you).
    • Tidying the clubroom.
    • Don't bother with shelves yet.
  • It has been suggested to switch the keyboards and bags shelf to make the bags easier to access.

Club Collaboration

UWAES x UCC Minecraft Server

  • Will be running a Minecraft faction server with UWAES next semester.
  • Still in early planning stage.

CSUA from UC Berkley

  • We now have a joint-committee Discord server.

  • We will be having an online meeting at some point.

  • They want to set up an off-site backup accross the world.

    • Still looking into the plan and what system we will use.
    • It will not replace our current off-site backup system, it will be run independently.

UWA Robotics Keyboard Workshop

  • We have brochures in the clubroom.
    • We will pin them up on the pinboard.
  • We will see if they have a Discord announcement we can share.

UWAES Collab

  • They are opening their clubroom next Thursday.
    • We will ask if we should advertise it to our members.
  • We will brainstorm potential events.
    • CS or LoL event?

New equipment we should get

  • Need to order new ink for printer.
  • We are looking for a new portable/lapel mic for Tech Talks and a webcam.
    • Potential new lapel mic
      • Set of two lapel mics and receiver for $170.
    • The mic packs on their own are usually around $250-$300.
    • [BLU] motions to budget $200 for a new portable mic.
      • Unanimous.
