Made a mistake not replying to all the people for the groups review.

Secretary's Report

Had a meeting with Conrad Hogg, Guild President, on Tuesday re: governance and UCC.
- Report from meeting is as follows:
  - Guild meeting: Showed Conrad our regulations. Talked a bit about the disclosure made to guild. He concluded that there was no systematic problem with UCC. Not sure how to progress with the disclosure process. He will discuss with the case manager.
- I think the meeting was a success, thank you VP for coming along
Communicated with Conrad about the new room.
- The space that we've been offered was ~5m^2 smaller than our current space.
- It was also next to several guild groups, and no other student clubs.
- Talking to the committee members that were available on discord/IRC, we concluded that the move would be bad for UCC.

  - I haven't explained everything that I do, and I shouldn't have to. People make mistakes.
  - If there is one last thing I can say as president - I am extremely disappointed in the online behaviour of some members of the club.
- [MPT] I'm not voting for it, but I have no doubt that this will be brought up at the OGM anyway. I think that it would be good if you took a little more care with the way that you are online.
- [DAS] Likes the way that the club has developed under [FVP], and thinks vilifying [FVP] for the mistakes that he has made is a mistake.
  - Don't attribute to maliciousness things that can be explained by mistakes.
- [MLG] I like what [MPT] said about some behaviour modification. The online part of UCC has been difficult recently.
  - But it is sounding like you are more willing to acknowledge that you have made mistakes. And I like that you are, right now, showing that you are willing to change.
- [FVP] freely admits to not knowing how to deal with online flame-wars, for example.

[TEC] thinks that we should enforce a standard online for names so that it is easier to recognise people and know who people are on the server.

- We could consider some of these, and introduction channels, to know a little about people.
